These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of this website. Libasco reserves the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Products & Pricing

All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice.
We make every effort to display product colors and details as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting during photography.
Prices are listed in PKR.
We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household, or per order.

3. Orders & Payment

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via email/SMS/WhatsApp.
Libasco reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders above PKR 20,000, a partial advance or security deposit may be required to confirm the order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

5. Exchanges & Refunds

All sales are final; we do not offer cash refunds.
Exchanges are accepted within 20 days of delivery under the conditions outlined in our Refund & Exchange Policy.

6. Intended Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not use our site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site, or interfere with any other party's use of it.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and designs — is the property of Libasco and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. No content may be reproduced, copied, or used without our prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Libasco shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our products or website.
