Shipping Policy

At Libasco, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review the details below.

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation. You will receive a confirmation via SMS/WhatsApp/email once your order has been placed.

2. Delivery Timeline

Once your order is dispatched, delivery typically takes place within 7 working days (1 week).
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, courier availability, and unforeseen circumstances such as weather or public holidays.
You will receive a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp once your order has been shipped, so you can follow its journey.

3. Shipping Charges

A flat shipping fee of Rs. 200 applies to all orders, shown clearly at checkout before you complete your order.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on most orders.
For COD orders above PKR 20,000, a partial advance or security deposit may be required to confirm the order.

5. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you can track your order using the tracking number shared with you. If you haven't received tracking information within 2 days of placing your order, please reach out to us.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work with trusted courier partners, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us and we'll investigate immediately.

7. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Libasco is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
